This website is operated by Dubient Designs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202635620Z), an independent retailer based in Singapore. We are an authorised reseller of ABEERS products. We do not manufacture the products we sell, we do not own the ABEERS brand, and we are not its exclusive distributor in Singapore.
We take care to describe products accurately, using information from the manufacturer's packaging and documentation. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary slightly. The products we sell are cosmetic products.
Cosmetic results vary between individuals. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Always read the label and directions before use. Products are for external use only. Patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical or skin condition, consult your doctor before use.
All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include free delivery within Singapore. Bundle savings shown on this site are calculated against our single-bottle price. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation of dispatch. Payment is processed through HitPay's secure hosted checkout (PayNow, credit and debit cards). We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; in that case we will refund any payment made.
Delivery is available within Singapore only, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates.
Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site (text, layout, illustrations and our brand name) belongs to AERAVA unless otherwise stated. ABEERS product names, logos and packaging belong to their respective owner.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the products purchased through it. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your order applies.
