Policies

We currently deliver within Singapore only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery is free on every order, regardless of order value or bundle chosen. There are no hidden handling fees.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and delivered within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by courier volumes, weather or public holidays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where the courier provides them. If you have not received a dispatch notice within 1–2 business days, please contact us with your order number.
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
