What we collect

• Order information: name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details, collected when you place an order.
• Payment information is collected and processed by HitPay's secure checkout and its payment providers. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Contact and newsletter details: the information you provide when you message us or sign up for our newsletter.
• Usage data: where analytics tools are enabled, we collect anonymised information about how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location).

How we use it

• To process and deliver your orders and keep you updated on their status.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the store, including:

• HitPay, which processes your payment and holds the payment record for your order.
• Delivery couriers, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Email and analytics providers, where enabled.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Payments are processed by HitPay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; card details never touch our servers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
